Having trouble getting a sample from Google Sheets

Hi,

I am trying to create a zap from Google Sheets to PDFFiller, but I can’t even get past the trigger. I have arrayformulas in the google sheet. Could the formulas be the problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
