Update ticket in Zendesk when Task Changes in ClickUp - how to Find Ticket

I created a flow so when a ticket is opened in Zendesk a task is created in a ClickUp list, I would like when I move the task between the list statuses that the status is changed within Zendesk, for example when I move the task to "done" in ClickUp, the status is changed to "resolved" in Zendesk. I've tried it in every way but I couldn't find a way to link tickets via a unique ID. It may be necessary to perform a search through a query, but I couldn't do it, I need help.

Using Formatter - extract UTF characters from YouTube video description

I am a new Zapier user. I try to extract youtube video description text and formatter to extract some key wordings and put in database Text field. I found youtube video description is a bit long. I could use Zapier capture whole wordings on description only, not able to use split Text to capture these wordings. Since these wordings are UTF-8. Is it Zapier Formatter does not support UTF-8 or My formatter setting issue ?

Hello. I am trying to set up Zaps for my company through a singular Zapier account. I need to connect more then one Quickbook accounts though. Is there a way to do one zap with one QB account and another separate zap with a separate QB account?

Add a Flickr photo to Tumblr

This is my first Zap. I would like to create this workflow: when I add a new photograph to Flickr, it should get added to Tumblr.I have successfully set up the Zap, but there appears to be two Flickr API data entities missing:Flickr posts have two text areas: ‘Title’ and ‘Description’. It seems Zap is only making ‘Description’ available, but called ‘Title’.  I would like to refer to both ‘Title’ and ‘Description’. I would like the URL of the Flickr post, not the URL of the actual image.There does not appear to be much activity regarding Flickr on Zap - am I alone?Thanks,Francesco.

Hello everyone,I am very new to Zapier and I am wanting to know how it is possible to create a QR code that has info for product reordering on it that when scanned you can submit that info to a Smartsheet or Google Sheets for a remote purchasing team to access and order it.We have hundreds of products in our workshop stores that need a simple system to record low stock on a sheet on a daily basis.I would prefer to use Smartsheet if possible as that the company already uses it and everyone is familiar with it.Would appreciate any help.Thank you, Lawrie

Update WooCommerce Order with Shipment Meta Data from Shippo

I am trying to format and include the meta data for WooCommerce Shipment Tracker into the Update Order action for WooCommerce. I am so close but so far… help!Metadata coming from WooCommerce when entered correctly into the UI looks like this when I pull it with the WooCommerce Find Order action: Up in the header is a meta data item: I know this isn’t mine because I left tracking_id blank in my generated array.There is also a section in meta_data: There are a LOT of items in the meta_data section... 28 items in, here’s the actual data. I know this isn’t mine either because I left tracking_id blank in my generated array.I have gotten to the point where I can get the data from Shippo and I use the Formatter in multiple steps to make something that looks decent when I get to the end (skipping the fields I don’t need):But now I have problems.  I have tried entering this into WooCommerce and just cannot get it to work correctly.  I have tried entering it this way:That produces this: Taken fr

Connecting to an external API

I am in the process of seeing what my best option will be for a form on my website that will connect to an API and then put that information into an application. I have all of the API documentation. The problem is I am not seeing where I can create a “custom” webhook so when the prospect clicks on the “submit” button on the form it triggers the API and puts that data into my application.

POST Webhook action - how to send location field to Wix in the correct format

By some amazing miracle (I’m still not quite sure how I’ve done it!), I have managed to get a Zapier to send a new record from a Google Sheet to a Wix database using a Webhook Post.The only problem is that the location field which contains city and country name is not being recognised as a location and so I have to manually go in and convert the field value to be a location, which kind of defeats the object of the automation. Is there anything I could do in Zapier to send the location through in the right format for it to be recognised. Another slight wrinkle is the location is a city location rather than a full address, so it’s Bilbao, Spain. Once I convert it manually in Wix, it is recognised perfectly. From what I can see, it is because the field needs to be provided as a JSON but I’ve hit the limit of my knowledge there. Any help would be gratefully received.

Javscript code for nested JSON

Hello everyone. I am new to zapier and I just started using webhook service. I am having an issue mapping my nested json keys to excel columns. The issue is that the default javascript code below: output = JSON.parse(inputData.nestedJSON);output = [{output}];only works for unnested json but my is nested. And it is only getting the values for the first level. Pls can someone help me out with how I can get to the nested levels so that I can map them to my excel.Thanks.

Hello community,I´ am new to Zapier. I work as Product Owner and I am responsible for a web-based CRM-Software (Customer Relationship Management).As we want to improve our software we are planning to integrate Zapier.We are looking for a  App/Zap that will allow the contact details (phone numbers+name) stored in the CRM to be recognized and displayed to the called party when a call is received on the smartphone. So that the called person can address the caller personally by name.If possible, we do not want to transfer/save the contact details (phone number+name) to the smartphone.Is there a App/Zap that can do this?Thanks a lot.

Cannot select Issue Type in Jira Software Cloud

Hello all,  I am looking to setup a Google Form <> Jira integration whereby when a G Form is submitted it, an issue is created in Jira in a specific project.  I have done this on past projects but a new one I am setting up, I get the following:  I looked on Jira and do not believe there are any undefined issue types, as have the normal issue types of Bug, Story, Task, etc.  Has anyone come across this before? Creating Zap to create new calendar event or add to existing one based on date match

New user, I’m creating Google Calendar events based on new rows in my Google Sheets. I am creating appointments at doctor’s offices. The  variables are number of offices and number of patients. There are 3 possibilities:One event (office) that day and one patient - This is straightforward One event (office) and multiple patients - I want to create a Zap that will add certain information (Name, DOB) to an already existing event (office) based on matching Date and Doctor Two events (offices) with multiple patients - Create a zap that would be able to recognize when to create a new event versus adding data to an already existing event.Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Monday.com item creation through Gmail

I have created a Zap to create an item in one of my boards in Monday.com everytime I receive a certain type of email. I was able to do this successfully, however I'd like the content of the email to be split up and populate in different columns of my board.For example: The Zap is triggered when an email comes through saying “New Alert for Customer X”The body of the email contains the following:details of the alert Customer Name Customer Phone number Customer Email Customer AddressIs there any way to separate that into the respective columns in my Monday.com board? Ideally the item name would be the customer name, the details would be in notes, and so on. As of now I can only seem to but the entire body of the email in the notes section, which gets tricky to read, especially in the app version.I’m also wondering if there’s a possible work around by first having it populate and separate in Google Sheets? And from there go to Monday.com?

Eventbrite to Salesforce - error message

hello!Trying to push eventbrite attendee registration into Salesforce. We capture this in a custom “participant” object.  A very simple object with only three look up fields which ultimately creates a list of attendees on a related Case/Service object which captures the event itself. 1 event, many participants. Participant record and related service record screen shot below. As you can see-  the Service number is the field that ties these two objects together. Zap currently set up to Trigger- new attendee registers in eventbrite Action- find records in salesforce-   Action successfully finds correct event record in salesforce related to attendee registration - no error.  …but when I try to link a participant record to that event, I get an error…Action - create record in salesforce- I linked the service/case number field through step 2. It shows up with correct service number in the preview- populated from testing step 2. But then I get the error screen shot at the bottom when zap is t

hello! new to zapier. hoping you can help! We have many events on eventbrite. Trying to push each new eventbrite attendee registration into Salesforce. We capture this in a custom “participant” object.  A very simple object with only three look up fields which ultimately creates a list of attendees on a related Case/Service object which captures the event itself. 1 event, many participants.Participant record screen shot below. As you can see-  the Service number is the field that ties these two objects together.All three are look up fields. And we want to search and connect to an existing contact if one exists, if not, make new.  I cannot figure out how to get my Zap to search for contact name and organization records - fields that we do have on the eventbrite registration- and in salesforce, either update those records or create a new contact and/or organization if neither exist in our system.  thank you for any help!
