Facebook Lead ads to SugarCRM 6.2-5 - lead form fields missing from Facebook

Hi, hope you're doing well. 

I'm trying to create a zap between Facebook lead ads and SugarCRM 6.2-5. I'm unable to attach the form. The fields are not showing to attach.

Hi @Troy Tessalone, thanks for the response. Actually my previous zaps are working fine but I’m unable to create any new ones, unable to map lead form fields.
