Hi all,

I’ve set up a zap to add Gumroad customers to my Revue mailing list. The email transfers properly, but the custom required fields of First Name and Last Name won’t update in Revue and are just left blank. It’s programmed correctly on Zapier with the fields linked and showing data from the test sale. Any thoughts?!

Can you share the Revue action’s input/output log for any run? You can find it here as shown:

 

 

I assume the issue is associated with when the actual data goes through, the first and last name is empty or comes in a different field ID.
