How can I get an email notification for Mailchimp contacts who open a campaign more than 5 times?

Hi,I want to create an automation where I get an email notification once any of my mailchimp contacts has opened any campaign email more than 5 times.  I can only see how to get the notification for every open by campaign. Please help!

How do I save Microsoft Outlook email attachments to OneDrive without converting to text?

I am trying to save attachments to an outlook email to onedrive. Keep coming up with the same problem where the document is save as a text. I have read other posts which say to choose Attachments in the *File (required) section but i dont get that choice. Get the same problem when I try to auto sync new documents from Dropbox to Onedrive. Thanks

"Get Item by Column Value in monday.com", return ALL items that match (no just 1st one)

I am using “Get Item by Column Value in monday.com”, with an “email” column, searching an email test@test.com for example.  There are actually a few items that match this email, I want to return each of them, but this feature only seems to return the 1st one in the list!  Or is there a way to get item by searching two columns, email AND course for example, I may be able to to it this way.  Any ideas? Thanks!

How do I create an "At-Mention" in a new task and link to a new project in Asana using Zapier?

Hello all,  I am trying to figure out how to create a zap where it creates includes an “At-Mention” in a new task in an already created project (see pic 1) and then links a newly created project in the zap (see pic 1). This would be done at the end of my Zap process since the task is created before the project (see pic 1). Basically I need to create that @nameofproject link in a new story of my new task (see pic 2). I tried @ and then inserting project name as you would if you were doing it manually from within Asana (see pic 3). This just gave me normal text that was not hyperlinked. Is there special markdown syntax to use? Originally, I was thinking of inserting the URL to the project, but I couldn’t find such a thing in the dropdown options for the newly created project from template zap (pic 4). Can I send Squarespace order data to email campaigns in Kajabi?

Is there a way to set up Zapier so that when an order is placed on my Squarespace website the customer data is sent to an email list in Kajabi? I’ve used Kajabi in the past but don’t have an active account currently to test this!Back when I had both Squarespace and Kajabi running, I used ConvertKit as my email platform, syncing them both directly to it with API’s. Well now I’d like to ditch ConvertKit and start using Kajabi again, but this time utilize their built-in email functionality — but only if I can continue to automate the addition of customers who opt-in to my list during checkout in my Squarespace shop.I asked the AI and this is what it produced, but I’m not so sure that ‘New Form Submission’ steps are the same as what I need to accomplish:

How do I create a zap to integrate all incoming AND outgoing texts from my text service to be added to client profile notes in Active Campaign.. I can only figure out incoming texts but there isn't an option for outbound texts. Can someone help?

I’ve had some strange things happen with my zaps recently, they all disappeared, and now I’m trying to redo them. Perhaps I am missing something, but it seems like there’s no longer a zap that’s triggered by a specific status change. Ideally, this is how it would go Status is changed to “Send to Accredible” → Accredible generates credentials

I wanted to see if anyone can help me with this one. so we are a small estate agency in the UK, we have 3 valuers who go and see clients to provide valuations of their homes and discuss marketing them. ive created a workflow through Zapier but hit a block on one part. I wanted to send a text (or even better whatsapp) to the client the day before the valuation, confirming the appointment itself. However, with 3 valuers, i have put in the API from my CRM to identify who is the seller, who is the valuer etc, but i want the message to come directly from the valuers mobile number, so if the seller responds, it automatically goes directly to the valuers contact number rather then through a dashboard etc. The aim is, to get them to confirm, cancel or rebook, so when they prompt, it goes to the valuer and they can deal with it straight away, but the message is personal in its tone which is why i wanted it directly from the valuer so it looks as if they have messaged them to confirm rather then

How to separately move emails from Google Calendar event statuses to individual cells in Google Sheets with Zapier?

Good morning community, perhaps it is a very simple question. I want to move all emails from a specific event in Google Calendar to Google Sheets with the corresponding status (I will attend, I will not attend or Maybe). The problem is that when I do the Zap, all the emails are placed in one cell and not separated each one. I used Formatter to separate them but all the emails still appear in some cells. Thank you very much community.

How to limit triggers from Google Calendar?

I have a zap set up to trigger on “New or Updated Event” in Google Calendar and the action is to Create or Update a Record in Airtable. It currently works exactly as intended, but the only issue is that the zap is also triggered when guests respond to the calendar invite. For my use case, whether or not someone accepts the invite does not matter but it is triggering the zap regardless.Is there a way that I can limit the zap to not trigger based on people accepting or declining the invite? My concern is that one event would cause dozens of zap runs for information that is not useful for my use case and would needlessly use up my task limit.  Thanks for the help!

Do I need to manually transfer data from Facebook to Google Sheets every time?

hello. I am a new member and am using the free version.It is linked to Facebook (Lead) -> Google Sheet.When I press "Transfer Data", it is reflected normally in Google Sheets. Do I have to keep pressing this every time? Or does it not work because the automatic transfer service is paid and it is currently in the free version?Additionally, if it is reflected on the sheet as transfer data, please check whether the setting has been completed successfully.thank you

Hi,How do I notify someone who’s assigned to a Monday.com item that a status has been changed. Preferably being able to notify them via a monday notification would be best, but will definitely settle for emailing them either through zapier email or gmail email. I’m able to get the monday username via zapier, but I need the email.  This is what I was playing around with. Cheers.

How to get monday.com board and Google Sheets to update in both directions?

We have a monday.com board and a google sheet that I need to mirror each other - we have some of the team working in monday.com and making updates there, while others are working in the google sheet and updating there. Is there an easy way to create a zap that will update any and all changes in both directions? I was able to create a zap to get the google sheet updated when any changes are made on the monday.com board, but do not seem to be able to successfully create the reverse scenario where changes in the google sheet can update the monday.com board. I’m hoping someone can help simplify this for me!

How do I extract and match email and name data from WooCommerce to a CRM?

Hi, I’m going round in circles,  have data coming in from Woocommerce box office where one person can buy multiple tickets and assign them via email and name. But they don’t offer a way to extract the data. I can see ticket meta data and it will show as “Line Items Meta Data Value” and Give me “Email: email@email.com etc. I can’t figure out how to properly split and match the name and email fields so I can connect to a CRM.
