Same issue here…

UPD: I’ve plated around for about 30 mins with different crutches and nothing helps. Don’t spend your time on that. You won’t be able to create a list from a template as of now. This bug should just be fixed.

Hey there, @nkarp. Sorry to hear you’re running into this as well. 😔

While I don’t have any updates to share, I did add you as an impacted user! We’ll be sure to email you and keep the topic updated with any news. Thanks again for letting us know!

@jammer.solijon please add me, as well. I can’t continue my workflows in Zapier until this is fixed.

Hi! Kindly include me in the list of those affected too. Thank you!

Hey there, @Grantleishman! Thanks for reaching out in Community!

Are you able to clarify the expected behavior and what you’re currently seeing? Sometimes it helps to have screenshots (with any personal details removed) and context where you’re seeing the error along with your zap setup!

I know this may seem silly but it may also be worth confirming what sort of ClickUp plan you’re on. It appears Teams is only supported on the paid plans

Thanks so much and looking forward to digging into this with you! 🙂

I am trying to create a new list using a template in clickup. When I run the test i get the above error.

If I run it with all the same data but not referencing the list template i do not get the error.

I have set the list template to public in case it was an authorization issue on the template but that did not work. If I use the template to do the task manually in clickup it works.

Hi any update on this?
Is there a workaround? Can you add me to the list of subscribers please?

Thanks.

Hi @ryze

I’ve added you to the list of affected users. We’ll keep you updated by sending you an email and keeping you in the loop on this thread. Thanks!

Not sure if anyone else has discussed this, but if you create a folder under your workspace that you’d like to create the list into, it’ll work without the error. They are aware of this bug and are working on it, they told me, but this workaround does work.
