Hello.I have a quick question.Sorry if the English is strange because it is a translation software. I want to split the text and use it in the next step.Similar methods have been used in the past.But this time it doesn't work.If you set it like the following image, you will get an output result like the following image.I know it's weird here, but in the next step, I can't select the text that should have been split.How can I make it work?
I’m trying to fill out the budget field in my Fixed Fee Harvest projects using Zapier. I have a zap set up to create the project from a Monday.com trigger and in one of the columns I have the budget amount (“Numbers 0”). However, when the Harvest project is created the budget amount does not show up on the project details. Is there a configuration in the “Create Harvest Project” Zapier step to achieve a fixed fee project with a budget? The zap always creates Time & Materials project types. (Note: the test data doesn’t have a budget, but I’ve even tried to hardcode the field with an amount to troubleshoot and I still don’t see the budget filled out or a Fixed Fee project). The follow up question for people who select “Apple”, would be “What type of apple?” vs. the follow up for people who select “Orange” would be “Do you like orange juice?”With the branched logic, I can’t figure out how to set up a zap to create a task that would list their follow-up response.
Hello,I use freshworks CRM and I am trying to create a contact in SuiteDash when the deal hits a certain point in our freshworks pipeline. I have no issues finding the deal, hitting the trigger for the pipeline criteria, finding contact information etc.The issue is - the contact information returns SALES_ACCOUNT_ID and not the actual name of the account/company. Therefore the only way to find the company name and pull it into SuiteDash so we have a clean record is to do a subsequent search of the SALES_ACCOUNT_ID (find a company) and then retrieve the name.However, after hours and hours of working on this... and dealing with Freshworks support... they claim this is an issue with Zapier and it is Zapier's responsibility to provide the lookup for account name. The only options we have for looks up are-Deal name-Find Contact By Unique Field-Find Contacts by EmailSo we are left with an inability to find the company name.Directly from freshworks support:"Any triggers and actions provided
Hi, I need help trying to create a ZAP that will calculate and complete a specific date based on another date field. What I would like is a date field on a DEAL in Pipedrive to be filled automatically with a date 10 days prior to the reference date field, calculating this date automatically. Example:Date field Reference: 10-Jan-2023 (to be filled manually)Date field to be completed: will be automatically filled with “01-Jan-2023” calculated by the system.
I am trying to have a folder created in my google drive when a new contact us form is filled out which I was able to do but1. I'm not sure how to make it so that if there is already has a folder in google drive that it will create a new folder with the job name not a new folder with the customers name.2. Once the folder is created I need other folders created inside of the new folder ie. 1. Original, 2. Eproof 3. Production.3. Once the new folders are created if there are attachments in the form I would like for them to be uploaded to the 1. Original Folder.4. This question is related to ClickUp.I managed to create a Zap that is triggered when a task changes it status to complete, and have the Zap produce an e-mail that contains values from custom fields the completed task has.I then also managed to add a Filter by Zapier to create an If condition so the event would only result in the email in case the tasks had a specific name. What I want to do now is to access the value of custom field that the parent of the task has for the E-mail. I haven’t managed to find how to do that by searching.

Add a new row to the Google spreadsheet and put the contents of the mail body in that row.After completing the test without any problems, publishing and placing it "ON",For the last test, I sent an e-mail titled "MJ" to me.ZAP is not responding at all.What's the problem?
Hi there everyone.I am brand new to Zapier so please forgive any stupidity… :)My wife runs a beauty salon and uses Square as her POS as well as appointment scheduler. It works well and we have also exposed online appointment bookings via Sqaure. What we are trying to accomplish now is to fire off a Jotform consent form whenever a client books in for an appointment online and we don’t have a consent form for them yet.The logic that I am planning to implement is:Zap triggers upon new appointment booking Zap checks to see if customer is in a customer groups in Square called “Consent received” If not send them a prefilled Consent form from JotformI then plan to also build another zap to process the consent form when received back from Jotform and place the client in the “Consent recieved” group.I have checked and all the actions and triggers seem available in Zapier so no problem there. I am trying to connect a coda table data with Buffer to schedule my posts. Everything is working fine but when I run the zap, it gives the error as “ Error from halted execution: The provided image does not appear to be valid. ”. Can anyone help in resolving this? Attached is screenshot
Hey guys, I’m currently having trouble even starting this Zap, and so have many Zapier experts I’ve been asking. Will you be able to solve this? My store currently sources from Ebay.We order direct from Ebay to our customers, and we always spend hours going through each Ebay order, finding the tracking number, figuring out which order it is on Shopify, and then pasting the tracking number from Ebay into the specific Shopify order. It takes up WAYYYY too much time. That’s when I turned to Zapier. I want to create an automation that will pull tracking numbers directly from Ebay (maybe from line items?), figure out the EXACT Shopify order it’s for, and then update the order as necessary. The problem is that Ebay actions are only “FIND AN ORDER” or “CREATE A SHIPPING FULFILLMENT” and my Shopify trigger is “New Paid Order”. In order to actually use it, the content of a line is greatly insufficient.if I move several lines of text to Google Sheet, all the texts are assigned to one line, not to each line.I'd like to assign each sentence in the text to each Google sheet row, how can I do that? I’m trying to track SMS opt outs from Twilio into ActiveCampaign. I already connected Twilio into a Zap, and listens if the number has received an SMS. I’ve added a step that checks if the SMS only has the content ‘STOP’What I’m having trouble with is matching a number to an existing contact in ActiveCampaign, since when trying to find a contact you either need a Contact ID or email address, and neither are in the SMS info. Just the number of the sender. I was hoping to use Find then Update a Contact Task in ActiveCampaign to update so I could do a lot with it within AC. Since I can create a Contact Task in a separate setup. But there’s no way to complete the task using the step, or within ActiveCampaign.Is there a way to do what I want to do without using the Find/Update a Deal Task instead?

Hi guys,I can connect FB Messenger API and pull data of customer chats into spreadsheet just fine.But what I’m trying to do is to also retrieve the reply chat (and it’s timestamp) to the spreadsheet.So, i know how long it takes, for each of my FB agent to reply to the message.
