How to connect all users in a Read.ai workspace to Zapier with a single integration

Forum|alt.badge.img

I am able to connect my individual account as the Read.ai workspace owner to Zapier, but want to connect everyone in the workspace with a single integration.  Is this possible, or do I need to create the integration for each user?

I needed to create individual zaps for each read.ai account user and insert their API Key into each zap.  I was hoping the workspace setting in read.ai would allow one connection for all users but this is not the case.  Read.ai support replied that this was the proper way to integrate with Zapier.

Hi @Nate Knight

Help links for using Read AI in Zaps:

https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/17910884677901-How-to-get-started-with-Read-AI-on-Zapier#required-authentication-fields

1. Create an account at Read AI or log into an existing account. Note that you must either be on a Free Enterprise trial or have purchased a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise) to use Read Integrations.

For guidance, try reaching out to Read AI Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Thank you so much for following up here to share what the answer was, @Nate Knight! 🤗

I’ve submitted an internal request to update the How to get started with Read AI on Zapier guide to help clarify that each user account’s API key needs to be added separately, as others might also expect the workspace setting to connect to all user accounts.

Seems like you’re all set for now but please do reach back out in Community if you need help with anything else. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡
