I want to import job candidate data from BambooHR into HubSpot via Zapier.

Can I build a Zap to connect this information?

Hi @Amanda M,

Welcome to the Community.

To import job candidate data from BambooHR into HubSpot using Zapier, set up a Zap with BambooHR as the trigger app (for example, "New Candidate" or "New Application") and HubSpot as the action app (for example, "Create or Update Contact," "Create Deal," or "Create Ticket"). Connect your accounts, map fields from BambooHR to HubSpot (for example, email address), and test the Zap to ensure it works as expected. Adjust the setup as needed for your specific workflow.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Hi @JammerS  - I don’t have the options for “New Candidate” or “New Application” as a Zap. The only options I have are listed below…

Is this a permissions issue for my BambooHR account?

Hi @Amanda M,

You can use the “New Employee” as your trigger in BambooHR to trigger new employee’s start date. Then use action “Create Contact”  in HubSpot. Let us know if this clarifies the resolution. Thank you.
