Zapier doesn't currently offer direct integration with BJ's Wholesale Club, so automating the addition of AnyList items to a BJ's cart isn't possible. However, you can streamline your process by setting up a Zap to email or message you your updated AnyList items as a reminder. Keep an eye on Zapier updates for potential future integrations.
