Connect your accounts, map fields from BambooHR to HubSpot (for example, email address), and test the Zap to ensure it works as expected. Adjust the setup as needed for your specific workflow.

You can use the “New Employee” as your trigger in BambooHR to trigger new employee’s start date. Then use action “Create Contact”  in HubSpot. Let us know if this clarifies the resolution. Thank you.
