I have set-up 2 Zapsfor newly added Zoho CRM contacts to be added to Mailchimpfor any update to a Zoho contact to also be passed on to Mailchimp However if you deleted a Zoho contact, it does not delete them in Mailchimp, also the email opt-in status is not update nor carried over even if selected in Zoho to Help please   

Hi there,It seems from your onboarding page that creating appointments in Acuity and having this flow into Lightspeed X-Series is a solved problem. However, when I click into the integration link as presented on this page (URL/screenshot), no workflow or template loads — it simply prompts me to connect to Acuity, and then everything beyond that appears to require manual setup.Can you clarify: Is there actually a pre-built Zap or supported workflow for sending Acuity appointments into Lightspeed X-Series? If so, how should this be configured once both accounts are connected? If not, what is the recommended method to have Acuity appointment data sync into Lightspeed? Thank you — just trying to understand whether this is a supported integration or something I need to build from scratch.

Hello, I am a true beginner to Zapier and automations. I work as an editor and use Frame.io to handle files and get feedback. What I’m trying to do is pretty simple: send a message to a Slack channel whenever I upload a video to Frame.io. When I do a test run it does send a message to Slack, but when I publish the Zap, I make an upload and nothing happens when the file is ready.Has anyone come across this problem? Do I need specific permissions from the frame.io admin?Any help will be appreciated! 

I need to send three parameter fields securely to a form URL, Link shall be embeded in a button in the mail body. When the user click the button he gets the form with values prefilled. How to do this in Zapier. I I am asking about the Button in mail with hidden/ sensitive parameter to pass 

I’m using the Formatter Lookup Table to look at a column of data (Google Sheets - Get Many Sheet Rows).Each row contains the following text, either “Full”, “Partial” or the cell is empty.I am able to reformat “Full” and “Partial” but the empty cells are ignored.I tried using the fallback value but it ignores this also.

I need help with the following problem. I use a webhook to read our bookings. This data is stored and then entered into the appropriate fields of a corresponding template. This template is then stored in OneDrive with the appropriate name. A public link is also created via which a PDF converter can access the file. Now to my problem. The document has 7 pages. In the first step, I want to convert page 3 of the Excel file to a PDF and then have it sent by email. In the last step, pages 3-6 should also be converted to PDF and sent by email. I have tried everything possible, but the PDF converters cannot produce a decent layout. Everything just shifts around.

What is your experience with Zapier Agents?I haven't had time yet to do extensive testing of Agents, but most examples (use cases) I've seen are apparently things that can be done with the traditional Zapier workflows/zaps.Have you been able to do things with Agents that you couldn't do with workflows?Do you think it's better to use Agents or workflows for things that can be done with both?I guess workflows are more predictable (AI is not deterministic and hallucinates, so it should be more difficult to control), but maybe modern AI is so good that they are predictable enough and more flexible (less fragile when unexpected errors and changes happen) than traditional workflows?I’ve read the official documentation, but I want to hear about real experiences from real users. 

How do I view the outline view of my zap?  I’ve some OLD posts on this topic that said to click on the outline view button.  I’ve looked and looked, and I don’t see said button.   My ultimate requirement is to print a visual version of my zap flow, and everything I in Help indicates this is not possible.

 Hi Im new to Zapier and struggling.Mailbox is Gmail. I need to set up a zap that - when an email arrives with a PDF attachment, it forwards that email onto another email address, and then files that email in one of the Inbox folders of my choosing. Just like a rule does in MS Outlook.  I’ve asked chatGPT but the instructions don’t seem to work.Can anyone help me? Thanks

I am maping email details via Mailparser through to Google sheets. I need to map 10 fields but only 7 are showing up - can i add more fields in the Zap?I have  sorted all the info in Mailparser. Attached is the 10 fields and what is currently available when i create the Zap. This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personally identifiable information (PII).
