Hello, I am a true beginner to Zapier and automations. I work as an editor and use Frame.io to handle files and get feedback. What I’m trying to do is pretty simple: send a message to a Slack channel whenever I upload a video to Frame.io.
When I do a test run it does send a message to Slack, but when I publish the Zap, I make an upload and nothing happens when the file is ready.
Has anyone come across this problem? Do I need specific permissions from the frame.io admin?
Any help will be appreciated!

For live Zap runs, see Zap history(https://zapier.com/app/history) to see where it’s going wrong.
If it keeps turning off automatically, it may be a permission issue and some apps reserve access to Zapier for their higher paid plans. Hope it helps!

Zap trigger being used is instant via Frame.io webhook sent to Zapier to fire the Zap Run.
