Gong not supplying Account Crm Ids to Salesforce - search value always empty

Hi!I try to do integration between Gong to Salesforce and I’m not sure if this is correct:I want to map the account id  from Gong to Salesforce, but when I do tests - the search value is empty Also, I want to find the specific contact - and I see this option, but the search value is also empty:

How can you sync files added in Box folder to Frame.io?

I have a trigger set up that when I create a folder in BOX, it also creates it in Frame.io with the same name. How can I add a new trigger that when a file is added to that BOX folder, it also syncs inside Frame.io? Is this a function that I can only get with a paid plan? Thanks in advance!

Why is number string being interpreted as a date in Zapier?

Hello- Here are the details of my issue.I have a trigger that executes and then action will follow it and do a particular work.In this trigger we have a filed named as  “insured_insured_id”. This field is string in nature.End user can put either number or alphanumeric. e.g 100698 or 123ABC .When user enter number like 100698 , zapier gives the following error. Field "insured_insured_id" is not a valid ISO-8601 date in latest task (task ID: 00a2cd57-0646-ad14-83b6-fe2f097714e1).We are very close to publish over application but this issue is the main hurdle.Kindly help to fix this bug. I am also attaching the images for reference. Many Thanks-

Not all Microsoft Outlook events are being copied over to Toggle

Hi,I created a few zaps to copy events from my calendar (Outlook) into Toggl.They work, but only 1/10. Which means one event every two days is recorded while there are 5 events every day. The zaps are on for about a week and I tried different things to see what worked. The current zaps are the best solution I found.Attached are screenshots of one of my zaps.The duration is the difference between the end and the start date. Changing it to seconds (like 3600) doesn’t change anything, apart the duration if it’s not 1h.What else could I do?Thanks!

How to clear action field values when different account connection is selected?

Hi Folks,I created an app on zapier (dummy name) “xyz”.I am a developer of “xyz” app who is integrating the “xyz” plugin into zapier.I create a zap  =>  I connect one account in action => I fill the action form => Now, I change the connected account with some another user => But now, I am able to see the previous selected and entered values of the previous connected account. I want that when I change the connected account => my action form gets reset.Is there any way to do this. How to automatically transcribe Twilio voice messages into written text?

I would like to take a voice mail URL and transcribe into English (i.e., text). Voice Mail comes into Twilio I can get that voice messages as a URL I would like to transcribe that voice message Would like to have the text from the voice message appear in Google Sheets (easy part likely)I have played around with Twilio’s transcription function and including IBM’s Watson but they are not very accurate.   Thoughts? Possible to share updates from one Google My Business account to another?

How does zap take values for multiple line items? any sample zap that I can refer? please help. I have a HubSpot deal:line item#1 product1, price1, qty1line item#2 product2,price 2, qty2  How can I take this data and create MULTIPLE line items inside of quickbooks commerce? I am getting an error when I try to place multiple lines as a list inside of the line items required field. I need to be able to create a qb commerce sales order with more than a single line item.

Can't complete Docusign zap - "We’re having trouble loading 'Template ID' data" error

 Creating a simple Zap to catch a simple “Signature Request”. This is with a new account so I should have the 14 days paid professional access. Several of the dropdowns aren’t populated and gives me “We’re having trouble loading 'Template ID' data (Cannot read property 'map' of undefined)”. I can’t set the recipient role either:Any clues?

How to capitalise Salesforce first name field?

Cleaning Salesforce name field data - Format letter case to be consistent - Capitalise each word - then re-insert back into the same Salesforce field. Is this possible. If so how? Want to take the first name field from Salesforce bring it into Zappier process it so the text is formatted to Capitalise each word. Then re-insert the result back into the same Salesforce field. Trigger could be, for example, creation of new lead (or new contact) in Salesforce.This tip from Nick Simard could be used for the formatting step.Thanks for any help on this.Rob

Will Zap trigger on duplicate content posted to Facebook page or will it be ignored?

My current Zap set up: When a post is created on FB page > create s post on our subscriber only FB group + Public group. QUESTION:Occasionally, I have a few posts in subscriber only FB group that I would like to share on Fb Page as well as Public group. If I post this this content on FB Page will it again get posted in the subscriber only FB group or will Zapier skip the duplicate post for the group in question. I am new to this community and Zapier. Past CognitoForms signups not automatically added into MailChimp?

I have a lead magnet that’s been running for a couple months now that collects signups via CognitoForms. I just set a zap for new entries to be added to MailChimp. I’ve done this once before, and I thought all the entries already in the form were automatically added to MailChimp once the Zap was turned on, but that isn’t happening this time. . . . Was I mistaken? Is this not a thing?

How to update existing status of a contact in a Salesforce campaign?

I am attempting to update the ‘Status’ of a contact that already exists in a Campaign. My first zap adds the contact to the campaign and updates their Status as ‘Sent’. This zap would ONLY find them, then update their status as “Responded”.If I try to update a “Contact” object I am not given “Status” as a field to update.If I try to update a “Campaign Member” object I am given the option, but get an error of, “ Count not update the CampaignMember record with ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: The requested resource does not exist” (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx being the ContactID).If I try to update “Campaign”, obviously I am only given options to change things on the campaign itself.Am I completely missing something? Create new opportunity in Salesforce (tied to account and contact) from Stripe subscriptions

I want a new subscription signup in Stripe to emerge as a closed won opportunity in Salesforce that is tied to account and contact if it already exists.As of now, the Account Name in SF does not match the Customer Name in Stripe. I need to split text and remove the “’s” off the Customer Name in Stripe so it matches the Account Name in Salesforce, otherwise the Zap isn’t working.Example: in Salesforce, the account name is Adam. In Stripe, the customer name is showing up as “Adam’s Account.”I tried using the split text feature but it isn’t working for apostrophes.Any other recommendations on building a zap that can tie Stripe info to Salesforce opportunity w/ contact and account if it exists?
