How to clear action field values when different account connection is selected?

Hi Folks,

I created an app on zapier (dummy name) “xyz”.

I am a developer of “xyz” app who is integrating the “xyz” plugin into zapier.

I create a zap  =>  I connect one account in action => I fill the action form => Now, I change the connected account with some another user => But now, I am able to see the previous selected and entered values of the previous connected account. 

I want that when I change the connected account => my action form gets reset.

Is there any way to do this. Thanks in Advance.
