Need help setting up Segmanta to Salesforce Zap

Hi,

I will appreteate to get help on integration between Segmanta to Salesforce.

I did not succssed to make test on my zap (from segmanta- I made a test at the survey but it didn’t insert to the zappier as a test).

can we sceduale a meeting to show you the problem?

Please post screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.

Please outline a specific example that you used to test.

Hi!

So I succeed to see the tests, but now my problem is the mapping, why I can’t see the questions from the survey? I just get the data about the survey (Account id, contact id, etc, but not the questions)

10. When prompted to Define the Trigger Template, you will have different options depending on the trigger you have selected.

  • For example, for a Contact Form Completion trigger, you will have the option to send each field of the contact form (Name, Email Address, etc.).
  • For a Survey Completion trigger, you will have the option to include a link to the analytics dashboard or to that individual response.
