I try to do integration between Gong to Salesforce and I’m not sure if this is correct:
I want to map the account id from Gong to Salesforce, but when I do tests - the search value is empty
Also, I want to find the specific contact - and I see this option, but the search value is also empty:

It looks like your previous step (assuming trigger step) didn’t return any account ID which Zapier can use to search in Salesforce. You can pick another item from the previous trigger’s test step and see if that contains the CRM ID.
