We have a WordPress website using a Ninja Form form on our contact page. Does the Zapier add-on (when used with Ninja Form integration) give us the ability to have Ninja Form form submissions to come into our Monday.com account.

Hey @Troy Tessalone and thanks! Could you please tell me what I would need to put in the ‘To’ field under ‘Email notification’ as the call to action on where the Ninja Form submissions need to go? I would assume something needs to go here so that the messages go into Monday.com rather than to a specific email address?

@DrewS75

There isn’t specific documentation per se from Monday or Zapier.

This is because every workflow is a bit different based on the apps used, the fields available with each app, and your desired logic.

Monday has these available Zap triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/monday/integrations#triggers-and-actions

NOTE: Monday can be a bit quirky to integrate and automate with.

May make sense to review the Zap Basic articles for how to configure Zaps: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics

If you need help, consider hiring a Zapier Expert: https://zapier.com/experts

It looks like that did the trick @Troy Tessalone. Thank you. We are wanting to use this functionality to send Ninja Form form submissions to our existing Monday.com account. Do you have any documentation on assisting with that or should I reach out to Monday for help with this?

Thank you @Troy Tessalone. Set up and tested for syncing my form and everything worked. Do I need to do anything about the “Off” switch in the top right corner? When I hover over it, I get a “Disabled” label.

Thank you @Troy Tessalone.

Just to be clear, I will be able to do this once I purchase the $49 Zapier add-on?
