Hello,I thought I figured this out using regex, but it didn’t work.I’m posting from Instagram to Twitter and I want to remove all hashtags.My second step in my Zap was using the Formatter action with this regex: (?<!#)\b\w+It captures everything except all the hashtags (great!) except not so great… because it returns all matches (everything that’s not a hashtag) as line items. So in my Twitter step, I could have a list of like 50 options (one word per match) making it impossible to choose all for the caption.There has to be a better way to do this and I’m sure I’m not the first to ask for this! Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,WDES

Hello,I am trying to create a Zap for when a Zoom meeting is created a new meeting event is created in Google calendar. I have the zap working well other than the meeting end time. If I create a detailed event I must enter a start and end time for the event. Start time is an option from Zoom. End time is not an option as Zoom calls this Duration. Ex: Detailed event, start time from zoom is available, Duration is available (Duration could change) I have tested this with the start time +1hr and that does work but meeting durations will vary so hard coding the +1 hour isn’t a good solution. Has anyone else had this issue or is there something I am overlooking that would solve this? Thank you!
My boss was working on an automation to create Quickbooks invoices after deals from Pipedrive reach a certain stage in their sales life cycle. In Quickbooks Online, there is a custom field that was made to capture an internal note on which project it’s related to, which the client runs reports on.Previously, this custom field showed up in the list of fields to create in the Quickbooks Create Invoice action, and now it doesn’t appear to be there. There are suspicions that it may be related to the “location” of custom fields in an account’s settings has changed, and/or potentially something that has been paywalled behind Quickbooks Online Advanced. But it’s tough to say.Has anyone experienced this change as well, and does anyone know how to get these custom fields to return?
OK, I've got a test of a document from Zapier to being signed by a user on Docusign working. I've got a webhook URI that takes a POST call and returns some fields.The next step is to get the webhook sending to Zapier. Hi There! Just created an integration between Sendowl and Airtable.Once a payment is pursued in sendowl, the workflow creates a new record is created in airtable.In Sendolw i asked for two custom fields, and i nees them to be included in a cell of the new record. That is how i programmed the interration.The test runs perfectly and the created record includes this custom fields.Hw, when the zapier is on and a new order is made in sendowl, zapier doesnt write the custom checkout field value in the new record.I think it is kinda bug related to the actual timing of the workflow.Any help? David

Hi All I am trying to process data from docparser, it adds all the correct columns and rows, but when in zapier, it doesn’t make multiple rows, it adds the whole column into one row, and there's 15 rows per colours, It does this for google sheets, and MySQL? Please assist me

Create a folder; Upload a file; Then send to outlookHey thereI have a zap which basically creates a google drive folder and adds four files (editable google sheets documents) to the four folders, and then send email in Microsoft outlook.But for some reason, it send the file as a .PHP instead of .xslx, even when I specified the file attachment as .xslx. Can anyone advice on this?
I have multiple existing typeform surveys and I want to pull ALL of the responses into dovetail, however with Zapier it seems I can only pull in reponses that are submitted now my zap is set up. Other than exporting the typeform data as a spreadsheet and manually adding the surveys to Dovetail (painful) is there a way to backdate it? Im very new to zapier.

Hi! I totally love your item! Tragically I don't have the foggiest idea how to code HTML however am gradually learning. I have perused the Embedding pictures in the body of an email in Gmail string yet was as yet not ready to do it. I'm attempting to install a picture in my email from my google drive. I have been generally ineffective. The furthest I have gotten is either a connection to divert to the picture or I get a clear square where the picture ought to be. I have changed the body to be HTML. I thought this code looked right. I’m trying to set up a Zap that will update a record in Airtable when a social media post is posted by Hootsuite. I think the problem is in the Find Record piece - the only field in each Airtable record that will be totally unique will be the date/time field, but I can’t figure out how to get the “Scheduled Send Time” field from Hootsuite to match up to the “Post or Send Date” field in Airtable. I tried using a Format step to change the format of the information coming in from Hootsuite, but I can’t figure out how to put it in a format that Airtable can use to find the record in question. Is there a way to do this? I keep getting an error that “nothing could be found for the search” I know that Airtable wants the date in ISO format, but I can’t figure out what variation of that will make the Hootsuite date match the Airtable record date.
Hi there, my Stripe zap is not working and executing with Flodesk despite running a test zap and it working. Nothing is logged in the zap history either. I am not sure why the test works but live result doesn’t. I’ve been struggling for hours Can someone please advise? Thank you so much! Also of note that I use SquareSpace for collecting orders. So once a user submits an order the order gets sent to Stripe and from there I want them to get a Flodesk email that puts them into my workflow.
I have a current typeform with multiple choice questions. When zapping to google sheets, these populate as one per row. I need them to populate to the same row, separated as commas.The typeform question reads:Which tags would you like to add to your post?MarketingDesignOperations Each of these get added as their own separate answer in google, but I need them to go into one column, separated by commas.
