Investigating and ultimately fixing this bug is likely to be added to our integrations team’s roadmap. Hopefully, we will be able to do finish both very soon.

I can see that this issue is really frustrating for you and I’m sorry about that. 

If you have any questions or concerns about price plans or billing, you need to get in touch with the Zapier support team using the Get Help form

We have the same issue & error message as everyone else.  We are using ‘Facebook Messenger’ as the App. So there is no way to use Facebook Messenger as an App on Zapier??

Can we receive a discount on our professional plan seeing that this is not very professional that the advertised options don’t work?
