Hi @Phauck @TC Creative @TriumphBIz (and everyone, really),

So sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, and thanks for your patience as we work to resolve this!

We recently submitted a ticket to Facebook's engineering support team to see if they can help us. I can’t give an estimate of when it might be fixed, but we’re definitely aware that this is impacting users and we’re taking steps to get some priority support from Facebook in resolving this issue.

Is there any update to this.  I’m having the same issue.

How much longer until this is fixed?  It’s the only reason I pay for Zapier and I haven’t been able to use it for months now.

@william Thank you. Do you have any information on whether or not this is being worked on? Looks like this thread has been around awhile, and this issue seems to make Facebook messenger a completely broken integration.

Still Having same issue -

Hi @JenLilly @wael elaradi @Germinal @GuyMayer @chanavee @zappimappi!
I’ve added you all to the bug report. This lets the team know how many folks are interested and also that we’ll send you an email when there's an update.

We realize it’s frustrating to see an issue that’s been open for a little while and still awaiting a fix. We have a multi-faceted prioritization system in place, with teams looking at all of the various requests that we have. As much as I wish I did, I don't have a way to speed this up, I’m afraid.

Hi, this message threadstarted 4 months back, is this problem still ongoing or is there a fix for it?

please add me in the notification list, every interested to start using this.

Getting also the same error.
Could you please advise when a fix would be available.
regards
