We want to hide custom option

Hello Support Team,

In our integration, we want to hide the custom option for a static field. The reason we want to hide this option is that we have already provided a default value for the dropdown, and we don't want users to choose a value from the data coming through the custom form trigger. If they map the wrong value, it could lead to the failure of the zap. To reduce the failure scenario of the zap, we would like to do this. Below, I have added an image for reference.

Please let us know if there is any way to achieve this.

Excellent question!

I’m afraid it is not possible to disable the Custom tab, unfortunately. I apologize as I definitely see how helpful that would be in cases like this, and I’ve made sure to share your interest with the folks responsible for the Zap editor. 

At the moment, your implementation of using a dropdown and default value is the best bet to ensure users pass a valid value.
