My goal is to put company information in a google sheet each time an invoice is created with Practice Panther. Zapier has an option to search by contact name to return a contact, however providing names that I know to exist do not return any results.

I think this is an error with either PracticePanther’s API or Zapiers integration with it. Any suggestions?

Hi @CaseGuide YC W19 - We haven’t heard back from you. @Danvers had requested a screenshot of a Contact in Practice Panther that you know exists, search for that contact in the Zap. We’re here if you’re still experiencing troubles with this issue. Thanks!
