The Add action button under actions section of the developer portal is disabled for some reason can someone help me here?

Is this appversion public? Does it have more than 5 users? If so you won’t be able to edit it directly, and will need to create a new version for your changes. When you visit your integration’s home page you should see a message like :
If that’s not the case let us know and we can dig into whether there’s a bug.
