Zaps continuously firing when not supposed to

Hi 

I have an issue with this zap, it is in an infinite loop. I received one email that match the trigger, and the zaps runned indefinitely, sending hundreds of emails. What can I do to make the trigger happen just once?

Hi @ariane 

Good question.

It’s likely because Step 2 is retriggering step 1.

 

You’ll need to add more conditions to the Search String.

 

Make sure to reference the Search String description for guidance.
