Hi! I want to connect Flodesk to Wati (our WhatsApp automation) using Zapier, but I run into a problem.

My Zap does pull the name and e-mail adress from my Flodesk form, but is does not pull the “WhatsApp number” field. As I do need a phone number to proceed with the automation, I’m stuck. 

Why does Zapier not pull my “WhatsApp number” data from Flodesk? 

I hope anyone can help.

Are custom fields in Flodesk supported when I use Flodesk with Zapier?

No, Flodesk does not support custom fields.

Pleased to see Troy was able to help shed some light on why that custom field wasn’t appearing.

If you’ve got a minute, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to have a feature request for custom field support to be added. That way it’ll allow us, and Flodesk’s developers, to track user interest in having custom fields supported. And it also ensures that you’d get an email notification from us once custom field support is added so you can start using it in your Zaps! 🙂
