I try to set up a Zap between hubspot and Outlook, but receive this error: 

Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook

Unable to send an email: Resource could not be discovered.

Have some of you experienced this before?

Hi @sandeep01,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

This error usually refers to the mapped data in the “From Email” or “To Email” field. That said, could you please send a full screenshot that shows all of the field in your Microsoft Outlook step? Here’s a sample screenshot of what I’m looking for:
