Unable to reconnect Autopilot: Authentication failed, the app returned "Request timed out"

Hey folks,

I have been trying to reconnect Autopilot and getting request timeout error in Zapier connect pop-up screen.
This integration was working before.
 


I have already tried clearing cache, different browser, relogin to both applications etc.

Please advise how to fix this if any of you encountered this before.

Have you tried using a private browser?

yup tried everything to rule out a client-side/browser issue.

including trying from different laptops/devices and private/incognito window

Opened it 30 minutes ago.
ETA 24 hours.
unfortunately several business processes will be blocked because of this.

 

i wish zapier were more serious about these problems between zapier and autopilot

Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves.

You may want to reach out to Autopilot Support to see if they can provide any guidance as the issue and responsibility may be theirs to fix.
