I've been using the ManyChat WhatsApp bot to gather user information, including their first name, last name, and email. I've set up a trigger using Zapier to activate a process when all three pieces of information are collected. While I've successfully configured the trigger (ManyChat action) and action (Zoom Pro account), it appears that ManyChat isn't capturing the information as intended.
Is there a way I can troubleshoot and debug this issue? Has anyone else achieved success with a similar approach? I'd like to find a solution without resorting to the webhook route. Thank you for your assistance!
