I’m trying to connect Typeform to Jira as an issue, which I have figured out but the attachment in the Typeform isn’t appearing. When adding in an additional action to add an attachment, I’m getting errors like The app returned "Endpoint not found".
Does anyone know how to fix that? Below is a screenshot for reference

Hmm, I know this may seem silly but are you able to try throwing a comma followed by a space in between the 2 files in the attachment field?

Added in a comma but am still getting an error, but received this error now:
The app returned "Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers".

Have you tried only adding one attachment to see if that works? I know that you’re looking to attach more than one, but it would help us to narrow down the cause of the issue.
If you try attaching only one file and still run into trouble, the best thing to do is to reach out to the Support Team using the Get Help form.
