Hello! So i’m trying to make an integration from toggl tracker to notion that should work like this:

  • start tracking time via toggl tracker
  • when tracker is finished, it should create a time entry
  • that gets picked by zapier
  • puts the data such as duration and time in a notion

So the zap works amazingly when testing, but as soon as it gets published it starts to get errors.

Idk how to fix this

Hi @reisuart

For us to have context about the Zap Run error, we will need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

@Troy Tessalone here they are!

@reisuart

Looks like some fields were missing values.

In Zap Runs, when you see {{VARIABLE}} for the DATA IN on a Zap step that means the mapped variable value was missing or blank.

I only added later the project id to see if it would fix, by removing it alltogether it still gives the error as before. (Plus I don't really need the project id)

So what am I supposed to add?

@Troy Tessalone how should i solve the issue when I don't want to include the project id or project name?

It seems like there was a new version of toggl track which solved the issue altogether!

That’s great news @reisuart! We’re glad to hear that the issue is now resolved.
