I’m trying to create a Zap where a person completes their survey in survey monkey and that marks them as “passed” in the course registration in Arlo so that their certificate for completion is automatically sent when they are marked passed. (second image)
The Zap works if I create a new Zap for every single survey, but that’s not feasible. I was told that I had to use the same survey for each course, which I did, but each course still has a separate “web collector” for each course (image below) which sets me up to still have to create a new Zap for each web collector.
I’m just wondering if there is any workaround for this?
