Hey all, first time poster!!

 

Tried searching all the community, and can’t seem to be able to find a way to contact Zapier directly to raise a ticket as per the chatbot guidance…

Can anyone point me to why a zap might not be firing for a phantombuster trigger?

The test runs fine, it finds all the information it needs, confirms connected etc...

But the trigger never actually fires?

 

I’ve checked it’s ‘on’ - and i’ve turned it off and on again lol.

Anything else?

I have been digging into this and see that a few other users have been running into this problem. As it turns out, you’ve run into a known bug, unfortunately.

We already have a bug report, so I’ve added your contact information to the ticket. There doesn’t seem to be a workaround, but we’ll get back to you immediately when a fix ships.

Sorry about hitting a dead end here. Although the ticket may show as “Solved,” this only refers to the ticket’s status. We’ll notify you via email when the bug is fixed.

As this is the sole purpose which I purchased zapier for, can you please advise how I can cancel my subscription and get a refund, since you're unable to provide the service you advertised?

It does, but can you tell me how I contact zapier support?

 

All I can see is an automated chatbot that sende to a contact page that has no contact details on it, only The topics that don't help, as does the refund page you linked above - it points to a "contact" page that has no details of how to contact at all.

 

Is there not an email address or something to write to?
