Hmm, I wonder if this has something to do with permissions as Facebook can often be a bit confusing. The first is making sure this is a business account and that this login is an admin.

If that’s good, I’d recommend running through this Meta help doc that walks through how to get started. If you wind up making any changes on the Facebook side it might also be worth disconnecting and reconnecting on the Zapier side and going through the setup in your zap!
