New Group Merge Request Event in GitLab An error occured: 404 Not Found

I still face the issue for two months. I create the Zap. All the steps is passed and work as expected. But, it cause error when i enable it. Any help on this?

This can happen for a number of reasons, can you share screenshot of your zap and does it say anything in the right-side bar? And what’s the trigger?
