"invalid type for field"

Hi, 

I’m setting up a zap to create a project in Capsule when a chat is started in Tawk. 

However I keep getting an error "invalid type for field". I think this is for the ‘name’ field. I’ve tried every option in this field, but none of them work. 

Any ideas folks please?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please share a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Especially the “Action” section of the Capsule step. This will help us determine the cause of the error. Please don’t include/blur out any personal information in the screenshot.
