filters for Pipedrive do not work

Userlevel 1

Good morning people.

I need to do a lead distribution on pipedrive based on which city is filled in the form.

For example:

If the "City" field is filled with Curitiba or Belo Horizonte, then these leads go to users on pipedrive
tariane.costa@pegaki.com.br and diego.paiva@pegaki.com.br

Now, if the "City" field is filled with any other city, then it goes to the user alex@pegaki.com.br

What have I tried?

I used the path and conditions according to the images attached here.

What was the result?
Leads are always duplicated, all leads go to Alex. Apparently this second filter does not work correctly.

Can someone help me?

Hi @Luis Santana

I would think you would want 3 paths here, not just two unless when a lead comes from either Curitiba or Belo Horizonte then it should round robin or be assigned to both Tariane and Diego.

You can also check out your Zap’s Task History to better understand what is going on.

Hi @Luis Santana

Give this a try...your filter with the 2 DOES NOT CONTAIN conditions needs to be AND, whereas your filter with 2 DOES CONTAIN conditions needs to be OR.

@Luis Santana

Also consider using this Pipedrive trigger for your Zap.

And configuring the filter logic in Pipedrive.

This would save you 1 step in the Zap, and thus save 1 Task.

It works now!!

Thank you guys!

I used condition AND instead of OR in the "Outras cidades" step.

Everyone helped me lot. Thank you very much for your tips!!
