Filter "Exactly Match" is not working.

Q

“(Text) Exactly Match” filter is not working as expected. I have two strings and both are truncated and capitalized before passing to the filter but the filter always return “Condition did not match”. Can anyone help me here? below is the screenshot from zap-runs.

Hi @Qamar 

Check that there is no leading/trailing whitespace.

 

Formatter > Text > Trim Whitespace

For us to have full context, we would need to these screenshots:

  • The Path data without being blacked out
  • How your Zap Filter step is configured in EDIT mode
  • The DATA OUT in the Zap Run history related to the data point that is being evaluated in the left side of the Filter condition

Simply switching the values and it started working, Don’t know why.
