Zap: New Message sent to Page in Facebook Messenger
Don't see your Page listed below? You were probably granted admin access after you added your Facebook Business Account to Zapier. Re-add your account to view it below.
This does not resolve the issue. Any ideas? Using ipad: might I need to use a pc?

Hi @Herefornow,
After selecting the “Custom” tab, you’d need to click on the “Enter text or insert data...” box and paste the Facebook Page ID there. Like so:
Based on your screenshot it looks like you may have inputted the ID in the search field. Could you please try pasting the Facebook Page ID as a custom value? Like so:

I am also having this problem. I can see Facebook Pages that are not tied to Meta Business accounts though.
I have a Page ID. I was testing on my own personal page, not the company’s but looking at their facebook profile About page id is found. So I will use that in my testing, if I can

Thanks for the update here.
It looks like you haven’t replied to our Support Team’s email yet. It would be best if you’d relay this to our Support Team since they have the correct tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs to determine the cause of the issue.

sadly, didn’t help me. Couldn’t even find my facebook page id, yet alone a custom entry for my Messenger. Wondering whether to investigate another app for my company.
The advice in the zap was unhelpful “Don't see your Page listed below? You were probably granted admin access after you added your Facebook Business Account to Zapier. Re-add your account to view it below.”
My other option is to used another personal logon to test (How do I get granted admin access BEFORE adding Facebook Account to Zapier?) to test (and if Zapier works do the same with the company logon).
Wondering if any has this zap in use, successfully.

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
I am testing from my own account to review for my company. If I can get granted admin access BEFORE adding Facebook Account to Zapier (when I create another zapier account) that might resolve - any-one any idea how that happens?
Thanks Ken but Zapier is linked to Facebook (shows as active in my facebook account). When I add a zap it finds the facebook account but not a “page”. Screenshots:
