Thank you @znjones@ken.a  for responding. We are currently attempting to merge Setmore appointments with Twilio to send SMS reminders. However @ken.a, we are encountering an issue with only a particular Setmore account. We have tested using other accounts, and they have been successful. This particular issue occurred with an account that has several calendars and staff members. Could you suggest a solution that would allow us to continue using this feature until the team resolves the issue?

@TBD Health I am attempting a workaround using the Zapier email parser. Since the Setmore email notifications are always formatted the same way, we can extract all of the appointment data and send wherever we need. We’ve had a few additional errors with Setmore’s integration like addresses not being pushed through, so it’s looking like this might be the best bandaid until they can fix the integration.

You can create a new “Mailbox” and then add that new email address as the CC email in your Setmore account.

What error message did you receive? Can you please send a screenshot of it?

Also, I can see that the Support Team replied to your ticket, and you’re in conversation with them. In this case, it will be best to keep the conversation going over with them. The Support Team can dig into the error logs of your Zap with you to look for the cause of the errors.
