Hello,

I have a zap set up for zapier email parser to go high level.

When I test it it works fine.

When I push it live nothing happens when we send an email for data to be parsed and zapped.

The error log doesn’t even show that there was an error, it doesn’t even show up in the history.

Hi @Dave P

Are emails being received by the Parser?

Check here: https://parser.zapier.com/

@Troy Tessalone Yes they are.

I have the same exact zap set up for about 70 clients and most are working properly but so far 2 are not firing.

Emails are coming in but nothing shows up in the zap history.

So far it appear to be that the newer zaps are not working.

2 of the zaps were created in the past 24 hours. 1 was an old zap that was turned off but just recently got turned back on today and that one is not working.

Side question, once this issue is fixed, will the zap fire for all the tasks it missed or do we manually need to do those?

@Dave P

FYI: Zapier is having issues today, altho unsure if it’s related to your case: https://status.zapier.com/

Would email parser be considered an instant trigger?

@Dave P

I don’t know about the reprocessing.

That will depend on if that data was captured by Zapier and able to be reprocessed.

If the data was lost/corrupted, then it probably would need to be triggered again.

From the Zapier Status updates: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/xl4zzwhk55w0

We’ve discovered the source of this issue and have fixed the root cause. We’re retrying some events that may have been impacted and our systems are catching up.

We expect that all Zapier events will be processed but customers may see delays for the next few hours as we work through the backlog.

Our engineering team is continuing to monitor as we recover and looking for ways to work through our backlog more quickly.
