Video explains it all. Took me 5 hours to figure out how to get zapier to find and promote a user on my discord. Zapier support, please simplify this. Everyone else, this is how you do it.

Also, If you want to do a security check to prevent people from copying other peoples names you can do a “Filter by Zapier” right after you do the “Discord Find User”
Just verify the four digit split text from your users and do “exact match” to the discriminator that “Discord Find User” pulls.
Security Check function. Make sure to do this to protect against someone gaining access to roles they shouldn’t.
