Can't find my project in Jira Service Management

Hey party people,

 

I hope someone can help me on this.

 

I want to build an automatic between Google sheets and Jira Service Management. When a new spreadsheet row is created in the sheet, a new task should be created within a project in Jira Service Management.

Unfortunately, I can’t find my project within Zapier. I only find other projects which I, however, can’t find within Jira Service Management the other way around. 

I’m the owner and administrator of the project I’m looking for, but not of the projects I can select in Zapier, which does not make any sense to me. 

Does anybody have any idea what to do?

Good question.

Try checking the Jira app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

NOTE: You may need to add another connection with different permissions.
