bcc and cc emails not received

Hi,

I've set up a zap for when a product is purchased on ThriveCart, customers will receive an email on Gmail.

I've manually entered my emails into the bcc and cc fields.

However when I send a test zap, the bcc and cc emails are not received. Why is that?
