Airtable error: Failed to create a record, could not update record in Airtable

I have Zapier connecting SignNow and Airtable. Once a contract is fully executed in SignNow, it triggers a “Find Record in Airtable”, searching for the applicants email, which comes back True with no issue. It then Updates the record in the next step. I want to update a “signed” status to “GOOD”, which I wrote in.

How can I fix this??

When testing, its triggering this error:

Failed to create a record in Airtable

Could not update record in Airtable: Airtable error

Hi @dm1559

Good question.

The Record field expects the internal Airtable Record ID.
