Receive SMS

I want to automate a process where I send a SMS to a group of people based on a specific event.  One of those people has to answer and take care of that event. A lot of the SMS Apps say they provide a service to send and receive SMS. I tested now many of them...they all only allow sending of SMS. I can only continue if I find a service that really is able to send to a group of people and receive also an SMS answer.  I hope for your help

Connecting Act-On to pipedrive

Hello!    We are looking to hire someone to create two Zaps from Act-On to Pripedrive. We use Act-On as a lead qualifying tool on our website then piperive is used as our CRM right now. We would like to implement the following.    When a lead gets to a certain qualification score in Act-On a new deal with contact information is pushed to Pipedrive and assigned to a contact.   We would like the clients history that's in Act-On to be pushed to and connected to Pipedrive either in an Iframe or an autopopulated field.    If you can help us out on either or both of these that would be amazing and we look forward to engaging your services.    Cheers, Brenden

Is there a way to Auto run?

I’m using a Zap to get Trello suggestions from discord, and everything is set up. However, it seems like I have to manually run it every so often to for it to actually link. This is fine but it would be easier if there was some way for it to automatically run whenever there is an input… If someone can either tell me how to do this, or explain that there is no way to actually do this, I will appreciate it.

Want to import Google Analytics traffic into AirTable

Trying to see if this is possible.  In Airtable, I track a number of URLS of the content we’ve published. Ideally, I want to have Zapier look at the URL in AirTable, match it up with Google Analytics, find the metric I’m going after (in this case let’s say unique pageviews) then push that number back into AirTable in a cell near the URL.  Has anyone done this yet?

Allow Removal of Old Leads from Google Sheets

We’re using Zaps to automatically download leads from Facebook, GoogleAds and LinkedIn. The Google Sheet and/or Excel worksheet will be used by a member of our team to uploads leads to Marketing Cloud (there is no tool in Marketing Cloud to do so).  How can she delete leads from the Google Sheet once she has uploaded current leads?  Otherwise, there will be no way to separate already seen leads from new leads. What am I missing?

Dynamic Drop shows MISSING VALUE! along with the data polling from my API

Transform a big data sample --- Webook --> JSON --> Google Sheet

Hello there! I have 2 questions: How can I get nested JSON data from a GET zapier webhook? How can I transform this nested JSON data into a google sheet Background Information I am trying to find a way get data through a GET webhook, this can't be a “Catch hook” trigger because I can only use API Webhooks. I managed to do this but now I want to put this big data sample in google sheet in rows and columns. I see a lot of tools online to convert this with Nested JSON output, but I cant find a way to do it in Zapier, who can help me? If you know a better way to get the job done that's also fine, als long as I can import the data in a google sheet through a webhook.

Gmail -> Attachements problem through Zapier

I have created a zap successfully to sent labelled e-mails with attachments from my gmail to Brick FTP.Everything works fine but time to time without any apparent reasons, I have some attachements that are not recovered by Zapier.For exemple I received two emails at 7:22am that are automatically labelled “X”, each emails contain an attachment. In the “Task Logs” at 7:38 , I can see a “Success” and that Zapier successfully retrieved my attachements for one of the emails but one of them is missing. This Zap is working for approximately 5000 zap a month and I don’t understand why and it seems to happen without any real cause ones or twice a month. The problem does not come from Gmail since the email is labelled correctly and what should trigger my Zap is this specific LabeL. Furthermore since I don’t have any Error in my Task History I cannot see which attachments were not well sent and I have to look at each log to know which one are missing.Does anyone know about this problem ? I’m trying to manage my social media with Airtable and got most of it working except the Airtable column that has my images isn’t posting the image to Facebook. Only a link to the image. Is there some way to fix this?

Using code zap to get specific value to a webhook response

I am trying to get the alphanumeric value of my CRMs (pipedrive) custom field.  Pipedrive assigns a hash to a custom field and the values they send are numeric in the webhook as opposed to the alphanumeric value that was created for them.  You can use a webhook to look up the key pairs with an api call which returns the following. I know the ID but I need to return the label value using the code zap and i’m not sure how to do this. Thanks

How can i submit content to my app

Hi,I have created my first app. Several days ago i’ve started to use Zapier and i don’t undestand well how it works. I have created an app. I’m connecting with oauth 2 the user’s account from my website. Then i’m selecting where will be shared the content. I’m using the hook to say to Zapier when to use my default content and publish it.For me is unclear, how to send new data from my website automatically to Zapier? If in the trigger i’m adding URL, the content is not used to replace automatically the content where i want to publish it. It is just an option to be selected manually(Find Data). Thank you!

How to get Contact ID from Hubspot Form Submission?

Hi all, I am trying to create a record in Airtable everytime a contact fills out a form on Hubspot. I am able to get the contact information; however, I am unable to get the contact ID as a property to add to the Airtable record. Has anybody figured this out before? I see an ID: field; however, it is not populating in my test submissions.

How to know what to pick at each step?

Ok, noob question I’m sure. So I have my email from my site linked with IMAP (Chris@site.com) I also have Active Campaign for my buyers list and Follow up Boss. I am trying to get it so when someone opts-in on my site, it grabs the email, phone, name mainly from the IMAP email then zaps over to AC then from AC to FUB, then into my email automation drip. Issue I have is, I have no idea what to select when making the zap, I feel like it will take many wasted hours just experimenting all the different items in the drop down menus. Seems like a huge waste of time trying to figure it all out, when a 5-10 minute phone call would make this happen. There is no phone number to call Zapier  to get this all worked out? I couldn’t find one, only an email support system..  There has to be another way to do this? Seems overwhelming when learning this stuff.

New Eventbrite Registration to Excel

Hello, I am trying to create a new Excel spreadsheet every time an event is created in Eventbrite, and then when anyone registers, have them be added to the spreadsheet that matches the event’s name. Currently, I can do these separate.Everytime I create an event, excel creates a spreadsheet.  Once the event is created, I connect the event with the spreadsheet, so when someone registers, they are added to that spreadsheet. I am trying to combine the tasks above so I don’t have to keep connecting events with spreadsheets everytime we have a new event. Below is the error I am getting. I currently have the spreadsheet created and trying to connect a new registration with the new event. Notice I am using the name of the event from EventBrite in the “Spreadsheet” name as data is being pulled from anyone who registered from any event. I added the .xlsx because the file name would be the same.

How resthook works

Hello!I am creating an app that stores contact information and more, but lets focus on contacts for the moment. I would like to when a new contact is added it sends a post request to zapier telling it that a new contact is added. It is “super” simple to do with polling(but drawbacks with polling) but now I have created or tried to create a rest hook.The thing is when i configure it in the platform and sets upp subscribe and unsubscribe etc and when I do a test request a subscription is added just like it should and it adds a targeturl that for now is a test url(provided by zapier).But when I create a zap out of it I get the link that i should save to my app?!. I thought that it was when created a zap with it, it would automatically create a subscription? Please help

Confusion In Zoom

Hello, I set up Zapier to connect our gym software called Pike 13 to Zoom. The goal was to have our clients sign up for our zoom classes via the software. I completed this task on Saturday, May 30. I then set up the classes in Zoom, and placed the meeting registration link in the notes for each class. I tested the system 25 times, and it worked great, and the student received the zoom link upon registration.  I also completely cleaned the Pike 13 schedule so that only the Zoom classes would show. This morning I got up and every Pike 13 class from last month now appears on Zoom, and each has their own meeting reg link. I turned off the zaps, and manually deleted the unwanted Zoom classes. The issue is also that Zapier created it’s own class in Zoom for the classes I have on the schedule for this week. These are classes in which I manually placed the Zoom link for the participants in the class notes, so they would receive it in their confirmation.  As I mentioned, I have manually d

Can't Connect to Moodle

Hello, Iam trying to create a ZAP for Moodle, when a student is enrolled to a course as trigger. But iam already stucked in connecting zapier to moodle.  First I got the error Code 403 forbidden, so i checked moodle and activated webservices in moodle and added a user for webservice login. Now I get an error:  authentication failed: Error code invalidtoken: Ungültiges Token - Token wurde nicht gefunden My problem is that there is no documentation on the Connection with Moodle through zapier: which protocol is in use? Do I have to use a special URL? Do I need a special moodle plugin? Has anybody succesfully connected moodle with zapier and can help? Thanks alot, P.
