Field Mapping for Cloze

I need to know how to map fields from 2 different applications (Mautic to Cloze).  When a contact is edited (data Changes) in Mautic I want to send the contact data to Cloze.  I have set up a ZAP for that and I can appropriatelty set test data durring setup.  However when I change data in Mautic the zap triggers but the data is not updated correctly.  The wrong field are updated so I need to map the field but do not see a clear way to do that. Thanks

Post message to Slack Channel with custom Channel Name from HubSpot Ticket Field

I would like to send a message to a slack channel, when a ticket is created in HubSpot. On the HubSpot ticket I added a field called “Slack Channel” and added the name of the slack channel associated with this ticket/customer. When creating the Zap, in the step “Customize Channel Message” in the field “Channel” I have the option to choose a “Custom” channel. This is what I want. But I can not see my field “Slack Channel” there in the available fields from the HubSpot ticket. There is a field that I can choose in Zapier that is called “1. Property String“, which sounds good, because I would like to use the string from the field “Slack Channel” but if I choose it, I can’t define which field from HubSpot ticket to use. Any idea, how I can use the string from the HubSpot ticket field “Slack Channel” as custom value for the Slack channel name to post in?

Social Media chain

Hello Zapier Community, I am new and was wondering if the community can chime in on some of my problem. I came from IFTTT pro and there a lot bugs there that isn’t working for me right now. So I want to create a social media chain post from my facebook pages to tumblr then to my buffer queue to my twitter. A few issue I am facing is that when I did the zap creation facebook pages is not pulling all the photo I upload. For example, I upload 4 photos but it only see one photo in the selection “Full Picture: url” which is also a issue in IFTTT but atleast it goes out and grab each photo automatically and post it in a different post. Also a problem with IFTTT that I was hoping zapier would fix where it can go and grab all the photo then post it as one post like facebook pages. Another issue under tumblr options caption it can’t separate tags from message.So essentially I get double tags. Under buffer or twitter when I chain them to tumblr, the options for text “tag” and “caption” shows no

Replay Zap After Delay Has Passed

Hello! We have a multi-step Zap set up with a series of delays for when someone signs up for our text platform. Example…customer signs up delay 1 day text A goes out delay 3 days text B goes out delay 5 days text C goes outA large group of customers (over 100) are being notified as an error. If we reply the errors we are worried that none of the texts will go out b/c now were are well past all the delay times OR will they all go out at once? Any insight would be so appreciated!

My contents are going out to IG with delay

Hello there, I’m trying to post on my Instagram account by creating RecurPost Zap so whatever I have scheduled in RecurPost will go out to my IG account via zapier. But my updates are going out with delay. They are not posting as per the correct time. My timezone on Zapier is also correct. Is there any solution to stop the updates posting on the wrong time (delay)? Thank you.Zameer.

Hello, I’m having trouble to create a google sheet in a specific folder. How my team uses this is through a new record in airtable as a trigger. Once it detects a new record, we want to create a google sheet that is shareable, in a specific folder.I’m having trouble in specifying the folders in my Google Drive. It stops at the main dashboard of my google drive but not to the specific folders in it. Appreciate any help!

Hi All,Looking for some ideas!I have an email which has two attachments, a CSV and a PDF.I want to use the transform/utilities app to for the CSV document, this creates data to be dragged into a new row in SMARTSHEET. However I also want to attach the PDF to that same row.I am able to do these steps individually of course, but not when the two attachments are in the same email; the transformer will not recongise the CSV.I need to be able to distinguish between attachments so I can work with them differently. I believe there is something similar to this when working with Trello ?Any ideas much appreciated!

Cannot access the data fields I need from ON24 with zapier connector

I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24.  When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report.  The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name,  Can more attributes be made available?  The current set is not adequate.

Help creating an event in Outlook from To Do

Hey everyone, I am new to Zapier and have got a suggested zap running which creates an event in my Outlook Calendar for a new task in To Do’s. When the zap runs, events automatically come up at 2PM on the selected day i.e. the zap is looking for a start and end date but To Do’s does not have that functionality. To Do’s does have a notes section. I was wondering whether it might be possible to instruct the zap to look for the other event data in this section? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers!

Facebook pages : how to use custom field to select the Facebook page?

Hello, I am using Zapier for Facebook post page automation. It works well with 1 page. When I add a second page, for which I've been endorsed with the  administrator role, I can't post on this second page (even after a reconnect of my Facebook account in zapier). I can't use a "custom field" with value coming from airtable and containing the ID of the destination page : the first page is always to one selected by zapier, so I czn' t post on several pages using the same zap. Weird.. Is this behavior the expected one? Can't we use a custom field to define the destinztiin FB page??  Many thanks in advance for your help / feedback!
