We do a lot of training on Zoom, using both webinars and meetings. I would like to be able to capture the registrants for both automatically into our Constant Contact email database. I would also like to give the registrant the option to opt out of being included before the integration happens.

You can for sure do this webinar registrants, but currently there is no triggers related to meeting registrants.
If you are trying to make an optin option on your registration form for webinars you will need a custom question or use a different form tool to reg people for the webinar.
