Help: Zapier Workflow

Hello -I honestly have given up more than once on zapier, but I’m back, b/c I believe in this product. So here’s my issue. I need someone who knows this platform well enough to first do just one thing, to connect it to another platform that I want to work off of. From there once it’s connected I will then need to have the workflow developed.Does anyone know a developer associated with zapier that can do this work?Please advise.Thanks,Steve

Best practice for resthook security - invalid signature

I’m developing a Zapier app, via the CLI, that uses RestHooks.I want to support signed webhooks, so when the Zapier user, when making a zap, creates the integration with my app, in addition to putting in their api key (for my service), they can optionally add in a shared secret, which will be used to sign the webhooks from my service to Zapier. I’m checking the signatures in the “perform” function, but I’m not sure what the best practice is, when the verification fails.Right now, I’m throwing a `z.errors.HaltedError`, but this is not doing what I expected.When I send a bad signature, when I fetch logs, I see the HaltedError, but the customer’s Zap shows as “Success”, including data about the second step in the Zap.Zapier is also returning a 200 response to the webhook - which is fine, as we don’t really want the attackers to keep trying.So, my question is, when an inbound webhook fails the validation (ie, it is being replayed or is otherwise an attack), what error should I throw so tha

What is Zapier oAuth2 integration expects in state parameter.

I could see in the documentation that state parameter is optional but still I got error asking:Zapier could not connect to your account.The `state` parameter was provided but appears incorrect.Please share with me the workaround for this.Thanks in advance for helping on this.

Import email and attachment from Microsoft Outlook into ConnectWise Manage

The ‘Capture to ConnectWise Manage’ Outlook Add-in leaves a lot to be desired.  The email format, attachments, and email contents are nearly impossible to import into CW Manage without a ton of manual steps.  Since the programers at ConnectWise have no intent on updating this Add-in, I am left with trying to find a solution on my own. Does anyone have any suggestions or possibly a successful process to capture these critical emails (and their entire contents) that they are willing to share?  I tried reaching out to CW Support… and saying that it was over an hour of my life that I will never get back is a gross understatement!  One would think that this functionality would be built into the core of the product… but there I go thinking again!!! Thank you in advance for your suggestions & comments!

I want to create and connect a Google Sheet with phonne numbers only to use as Facebook custom aaudience. I have read articles here aabout doc with names, last names and emails but I only have phone numbers.I am new at this so I would like to understand how to do this. PerformList returns an array but still complains that it's not an array. Why?

Good day.  I’m trying to setup a REST hook and when testing my trigger I’m getting a weird error:With the applicatin/json response text from the API::[{"id":"1738"},{"id":"1739"}] Clearly the result is an array.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.  I’m sure I’m missing something simple somewhere (I’m using all of the defaults provided by Zapier).

How to Create New Google Folder when new row is added and upload files to Google Folder

Hello,I am fairly new to Zapier. I was able to make some very basic zaps. I am needing assistance with a zap. I want to trigger a zap (when a new employee submits onboarding documents a folder is created in google drive for that specific employee). Is this possible?  If anyone has a video that walks through these steps or can point me in the right direction that would be great. Importing zaps as JSON?

Once we have the choice of exporting a zap as a JSON file, enabling easier edition of certain aspects than the web editor, how is the JSON imported back? Probably it’s me not being able to navigate properly but, I’ve been unable to find the import function to create a new zap from the JSON file… Any hint?

How to process Action errors in a meaningful way

What is the proper way of handling or processing errors when defining an Action for an integration. Right now if the Action web-service call fails during Zap setup/creation there is only a cryptic message with an HTTP status code displayed. The nicely worded error message that is returned is not displayed to the user. I assume that I am doing something wrong in my API Request code. Quickbooks bill and invoice line item help

I'm creating a zap from my Knack database. My Knack database has a form to enter new dispatched loads for my driver's. Each record has driver pay info. My drivers are Vendors in QuickBooks Online and get paid at the end of the week for all loads done that week.So I wanted to create a zap that looks for all records that were added in the week for each driver, and then create a single Bill for each driver (Vendor). Each drivers bill would have multiple line items (each line item is a load pay record from Knack.)So the in QuickBooks I would have 1 bill for Driver A. Line item 1: Load #1234, $100. Line item 2: Load #6789, $500, etc etc. And the final bill total would be the total amount I need to pay him for the loads he did that week.I'm stuck on making that zap happen. How do I get multiple database records that don't have any connection to each other combine onto a single Bill as multiple line items? Help!! Thanks

Automatically tag subscribers on Mailchimp

Hi!I would like to know if there is a way in which i can automatically tag already existing mailchimp subscribers that come from a specific sign up form on a landing page. I am hosting a webinar and i am sending my current mialchimp list an email inviting them to register. However, I only want to continue sending e-mails regarding this webinar only to the ones that register. I know Tags are useful for this matter but I am not able to find a way to automatically tag existing subscribers.  I hope someone can help me! Thank you!

Hi everyone, I new in this so my question might be silly/ i`m trying to connect my zappier to my wix but after do all steps on the end is a test wich gives me back : The app returned "The request was malformed".I know that in Recipient E-Mail Address shoukd be customer address but after I click to open drop box there is no any option for choose email…..Am I doing something wrong in WIx ?

Error when sending and email with GMAIL

I’m encountering an issue with sending out an email with GMAIL. I receive the following error. Gmail: The app returned "Sorry... body { font-family: verdana, arial, sans-serif; background-color: #fff; color: #000; }GoogleSorry...We're sorry...... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect...". The workflow of the zap is: an appointment is created in Acuity, this triggers the zap to look for a record with matching information in Airtable, an email via a dedicated gmail account  is sent out with information pulled in from that Airtable record. The dedicated gmail account is only used for these emails. The emails are plain body. There is a signature pulled in from the gmail account and an attached pdf document.  The number of emails generated through this zap is less than 1000 per month. It doesn’t occur every time; rather it occurs randomly.

I can’t figure out how to format from Zapier to Jira Service Desk. I need Bold/Italic etc and none of the formats I use work. When typing in the description box I have tried *BOLD* and <b>BOLD</b> and neither work.

Create an Excel Report or PDF that has data from SalesForce.

I am trying to figure out how to pull selected opportunity records from SalesForce to create a report that I can send via email.  Only our licensed SalesForce users can create and subscribe to SalesForce reports. I thought I could use Zapier so that I don’t have to create the report manually.  Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?  I’d like to select Opportunity records that have specified field values.

Issue with OAuth2 Access Token Authorization

Hi, my organization has asked me to create an integration between Lazada API and Zapier. I found out that this can be made through Zapier Developer Platform. After exploring and testing if for a while, Lazada API use standard OAuth v2 for authentication. I have setup the Authentications for my Zapier app based on guidelines in the documentations. However, the Zapier cannot find access_token field in the Lazada API. Authentication failing with Wordpress since Server Move

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help save my website’s automation, as there is no service available like Zapier and I rely on it heavily for the functionality of my site. For 3 months now (since a recent server migration) I have been unable to keep the authentication between Wordpress and Zapier. It works temporarily, but then always tells me it’s become disconnected minutes later.I have tried creating a separate Zapier account, and this does nothing. I have contacted Support numerous times, who simply keep telling me they are aware of the issue, and are not able to give me a resolution time. I feel I am being fobbed off here, as its nearly 4 months without Zapier. Where do I begin to start diagnosing the problem? Where is the debug console or logs, for me to investigate.
