Issue Attaching File from Gravity Form to ClarityCRM

I am trying to attach an uploaded file from an RFQ form (gravity form) to a lead in Clarity. Files are typically PDFs or .zip files. Here is my Zap:1, Trigger: New form is received and basic data added to Claritysoft2. Action: only continue if form contains a file in the Attachment field3. Google Calendar - Update Event & Add Conferencing?

It appears this simply isn’t possible and that “Create Detailed Event” provides a lot more options for settings fields on an Event than the Update feature does.My goal is to auto-add a conferencing link when certain types of events are created.Is this feasible?

Monday columns not populating

I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?Set up action for Monday.com new item

Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Almost like Zapier had mixed up the two Zaps? Embarassing as customers have been sent emails from Companies they didn’t sign up with

Hey, I have set up a zap for the migration of Mailchimp contact form subscribers detail to monday.com.I chose this instant trigger that works well while testing it -But after I published and turned on the zap it doesn’t seem to run. Scanned through a lot of forums in research for a solution.Would appreciate any suggestion!Thanks,Yehuda.

How do you set targeted inventory on a Shopify ZAP when creating a new product?

I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?

Error: The App Returned "File not found" Due to Missing Google Sheet in My Drive

Hello.We migrated all of our information from one Google sheet to a newly created sheet in the same drive, so I had to update all of the information in approximately ten Zaps. It was able to load, and configure the column triggers, the new spreadsheet perfectly fine for the first seven Zaps, then on the eighth, after attempting to turn it on, it produced an error “The App Returned "File not found".After retracing my steps in the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” trigger, the Spreadsheet could no longer be found! Even though I finalized all previous steps by locating it, it was no longer found. After going back into the previously updated Zaps, the sheet was no longer found either!I can manually add the “Spreadsheet ID” to the Custom spreadsheet field and it pulls the columns/information just fine, but when attempting to turn it on, it once again displays that same error.How does it locate the sheet perfectly fine and then just loses it when there have been no changes ma

Acuity and Schedule Once integration cancellations

Hi all, I have successfully managed to link my Schedule Once and Acuity Calendars to a point where if a client books in through Schedule Once it’’ block time out of my acuity calendar. My question is, if someone cancels an appointment on schedule once - how can I zap this my Acuity Calendar? My only options seem to be to block off time, or add a package/coupon code.

Use access token from registered apps

Hey guys,Is it somehow possible to use the credentials from an authenticated app in my Zapier account in a custom webhook?My use case would be the following : I have my linkedin account set up (with oauth2)  using the dedicated Zapier app but the set of calls is very limited. Thus, I’d like to add my own calls with the webhook action but need access to the Linkedin credentials. Any idea ?

Hey Guys,Was just wondering if there was a way to integrate Facebook Appointment Setting (as a question within a lead form) and Google Calendar.  Ideally I want people to fill out the lead form and when that question is answered regarding an appointment, can it be linked and zapped directly to a calendar? Thanks so much!

I’m working on a multi-step Zap that will trigger when a new urgent case is created in salesforce and will create a new slack channel and send a message to the slack channel.Step 1:  Trigger on new salesforce case. -- This worksStep 2: Filter Action continue only if case.priority = “Urgent”. -- this worksStep 3: Create Channel in Slack with  channel name = triage-case-<casenumber> (triage-case-00021983” -- this works and I verified the new channel was created.Step 4: Send Channel Message in Slack       -- Channel property set to custom using attribute: <Channel Name Normalized:triage-case-00021983)This results in an error: The channel message could not be sent to Slack.  Error from Slack: channel_not_found Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong or how to get this to work?

Hello, my name is Jose and I am searching for someone with knowledge of how to create an automation for sending SMS with Monday.com I run a pediatric speech-therapy office, and we want to integrate SMS into our client relations so that we can send texts to our patients whenever an update occurs.For example, there is a “lifespan” for the client due to the insurance authorizations being finite; an insurance can authorize, let’s say, 4 months of therapy, and will need to reauthorize more at the end of those 4 months if the child is still in need of therapy. This process has a couple more steps and involves the doctor’s office too, so there are many directions that the documents move and confusion for the patient and their parents/guardians.We have made boards on Monday for this process. I need paid help (hopefully 2-4 hours or less on a workflow shown below.User visits a webform that allows PDF/JPG file uploads (tax docs) along with a checkbox set allowing user to state whether a condition existed in 2020 (bought a home etc). That data is sent to Zapier via a webhook. (Currently, only 20% of possible file upload options are being seen by Zapier during testing). How to update specific task in MeisterTask if don't know Task ID

I have a ZAP, I want it auto update MeisterTask when my shopify order complete, then move that task to other column and set as complete.During set up this Zap, I found that the Task ID is required,  and I can't only use the task name to update.And I don’t know how to match up the Order with task ID , if any body know how to make this work?Please help.Thank you.

Woocommerece > Xapier > stripe > Xapier > Xero

Can we integrate Woocommerce with Zapier, then to stripe to zapier and then agin to Zero. Like if a customer orders a product on woocommerce it should talk to stripe and give the order details with money paid then stripe should tell xero the order details and  after the money is credited in Xero. generating a single invoice . Can this be done, if so  please tell us how ?

Google Contact Group Membership Field

I am a very new user and needed a simple zap.  I have a google document that adds a contact anytime an certain email is sent.  This is a zap and works great.  I also want another zap to add that row to my GOOGLE CONTACTS.  I have this zap working great but cannot get the new contacts in a group...the gmail contact field “group membership” does not show up as an option in my zap fields.  I tried adding a custom field but it does not work.  How can I add the “group membership” gmail contact field as an option in my zap fields. Thanks for any help.

Shopify Payout Tracking & PayPal Transaction ID

We are currently integrating Shopify with Salesforce using Zapier and are running into two issues:  Our finance team would like to be able to sync the payout date to Salesforce so that they can more easily reconcile the bank payouts with the transactions  They would also to sync the PayPal transaction ID over to Salesforce but it doesn’t appear to be accessible from the paid order Zap If anyone has any creative ideas about how to get this data out of Shopify, I’m all ears!
